Complete Set of Near New Baby goods for sale (3 months old) in River Valley Road, Central Singapore for sale

Hi All,
 
We have a complete set of baby essentials for sale. All goods were used for 3 months only and all goods are in near perfect condition.
 
Everything must be sold by 18th July 2012 and prefer to sell as a package to one lucky person.
 
The items we have are:
1) Baby Cot - Made from Cherry Wood. Its very sturdy and twice as heavy as any other cot we have seen so far (dads choice). It has 4 height settings so can be used as playpen or baby bot and it also has the different sides to convert to childs bed. Has wheels too if needed and all accessories present. We purchased a super-low allergenic mattress (non foam or latex).
2) Combi urban walker stroller. lightweight and suitable from very young (reclines to flat) with both forward and backward facing handle. We should have some accessories for this too (mosquito net, rain cover etc) which have never been used.
3) Changing table from IKEA (HENSVIK + changing table attachment)
 
We also have a whole range of other stuff which can be included.

We spent a lot of time examing products and they are all very practical and functional. We have literally purchased the same set of everything in Australia.
