Storeman

To be responsible for the managing all functions of stock and equipment ensuring that stock levels do not run out. To be on top of inventory spending, as well as keeping records of where the inventory and stock are going.
To efficiently move raw/finished product within & outside warehouse environment. Ensure that documentation, labelling and presentation are done accurately as they are critical for food production and catering preparation. To be responsible for movement/storage of product, unload/load trucks and monitor key performance indicators such as movements, damage and on time dispatch. Ensure the warehouse & equipment is cleaned to standard on a daily/regular basis.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
? Ensure proper receipt of all items in accordance with receiving procedures and that items/products delivered meet the operation?s standard purchase specifications ie, quality and quantity at the accepted price.
? Ensure that all items are accurately received by checking incoming items against the Purchase Order or record, standard purchase specifications and delivery orders.
? The receiving staff is to enter the deliveries received into the system and print the receiving summary. To ensure that goods received are of the quality and quantity ordered and in accordance with the agreed price.
? To ensure the timely and correct completion of all administration in respect of deliveries.
? To complete all documentation and take the necessary action in cases of non-delivery, substandard deliveries or over pricing.
? To ensure that all items are stored correctly, in terms of temperature, humidity and shelf life and that no food items are stored on the floor
? To ensure correct stock rotation and that issues are effected on a first in, first out basis.
? To ensure that all issues are made against requisitions and that no items leave the storeroom without the appropriate documentation or signature.
? To ensure maximum security of all storeroom areas, that no unauthorised person enters the stores or is issued with a key allowing access.
? To inform management and follow agreed procedures in the case of spoilage or damage of any item.
? To take stock at prescribed intervals and ensure that all necessary administration is completed without delay.
? To attend meetings or training courses as required.
Working locations mainly situated on the Central of Singapore.
Working hour will be rotating shift.
Immediate positions, only have quota for Locals and Singaporean PR.
