S1: 7AM - 3.30PM
S2: 2PM - 10PM
Job scope:
- Perform routine preventive maintenace programme
- Check and inspect the bulding's machinery and equipment
- Daily inspection of building defects
- Work closely with contractors and vendors for the completion of renovation and uograding projects.
Requirements:
- SINGAPOREAN ONLY.
- MIN NTC CERT.
- POSSESS GOOD LEVEL OF INITIATIVE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCES (PREFERABLY)
